Ensuring food security is one of the key priorities of state policy and a factor in societal stability
The Center for Strategic Studies on Food Security in Border Regions at M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University implements its own publishing initiatives aimed at disseminating scientific knowledge, analytical materials, and practical solutions in the fields of food security, sustainable development, and regional policy.

The purpose of the Center’s publications is to create a platform for scientific dialogue, experience exchange, and the promotion of research results related to the food resilience of Kazakhstan and neighboring regions.
Scientific and Analytical Journal
The journal publishes the results of fundamental and applied research in the following areas:
  • Food and economic security;
  • Agricultural and regional policy;
  • Environmental and climatic factors affecting food system resilience;
  • Cross-border cooperation and international experience.
The publication is issued twice a year and is intended for researchers, experts, government representatives, and the academic community.
Materials are published in Kazakh, Russian, and English, ensuring the Center’s international accessibility and academic reputation.
