Ensuring food security is one of the key priorities of state policy and a factor in societal stability
The Center for Strategic Studies on Food Security in Border Regions conducts active publication activities aimed at disseminating scientific knowledge, analytical findings, and practical recommendations in the fields of food security, sustainable development, and regional policy. This section presents scientific articles, analytical reviews, reports, expert commentaries, and methodological materials prepared by the Center’s researchers. The publications reflect the results of ongoing research conducted within the framework of the project “Improving State Policy on Food Security in the Border Regions of Kazakhstan: Challenges and Solutions”, as well as other initiatives of the Center. The Center publishes its research results in national and international scientific journals and also issues its own analytical bulletins and expert notes, making them accessible to a wide audience.
The review focuses on the impact of income levels, employment, and poverty on food accessibility. It presents comparative data across regions and proposes measures to reduce social inequality in the context of food policy
The report contains results of modeling food security indicators, an assessment of regional imbalances, and a forecast of trends for 2025–2027
