The Center for Strategic Studies on Food Security in Border Regions was established at the M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University within the framework of the scientific project “Improving State Policy on Food Security in the Border Regions of Kazakhstan: Challenges and Solutions”, supported by the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The purpose of the Center is to conduct comprehensive scientific research aimed at developing effective strategies for ensuring food security in border territories, enhancing the resilience of agro-food systems, and advancing state policy in this field.
The Center serves as a scientific and analytical platform, bringing together researchers, experts, representatives of government agencies, and international organizations to discuss pressing challenges and find practical solutions.
